PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Located at 2102 Central Avenue in Ocean City`s desirable Gold Coast area, this four bedroom, two and one-half bath, 2nd floor condominium is just one block from the beach and a short walk from boardwalk attractions.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath, TV and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and only one of these rooms has TV. There is also a VCR in one of the bedrooms. In addition to air conditioning, each of the rooms has a ceiling fan.

The living and dining areas are nicely furnished including new carpet (just installed), a new 32' flat panel TV & DVD player and a PS2 console. There is a full kitchen including all flatware, glassware, cookware, appliances, and breakfast bar. Comcast High Speed Internet with Wireless Router is provided.

In addition to a rooftop deck with ocean view, the unit also features furnished front and rear decks. New deck furniture has just been installed on the front deck. An enclosed outdoor shower and off-street parking are also included.
