4 bdrm/2 full bath; outdoor enclosed shower; deck w/furn and awning. House has many amenities including games, puzzles. Garage for storage and there is off-street parking for 2. Noon check-in/10 AM Check-out, possible. Rental will include 8 Beach tags; 11 AM check in; beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, chair cart, and more............ Pets (dogs only) possible with additional information/charge/deposit. If beach tags are not left at check out, $20 charge per tag.

55th Street has: Bakery; Sub/Pizza; fresh & cooked seafood; grocery; Bike rentals; home-made ice cream; Bait Shop; Burgers/Dogs.

PLEASE: No senior or prom weeks; we do not rent to parties or groups where the majority are under age 25.

    Other Fees: If you leave the house as you find it, there isn't any charge; however, as we allow our summer guests to check in earlier, rather than later in the PM, we do expect each tenant (and the members of their party) to leave the place clean, neat/tidy (vacuumed) - OR there is a charge. Oven,stove, frig, bathrooms, floors, there will be a cleaning charge if these are not in check in condition. Or you can pre-pay for a cleaner.

    Cleaning supplies are supplied; (does NOT include t-paper, p-towels, dishwasher or by hand detergent.)
     
    Deposits:

    Lease Agreement signed before Memorial Weekend: 50-percent of rent due with signed lease; balance of rent due prior to 28 May; and security deposit due one month prior to rental period.
    Lease Agreement signed after Memorial Weekend: 100-percent of rent and deposit due with signed lease.

    The above terms are firm unless a different payment plan is specified within the lease.


    Cancellation/Refund Policy:

    All requests by the Tenant to cancel lease must be made in writing to the Owner and are subject to the property re-renting or acceptance by the Owner. All deposit money will be retained until the property is re-rented at full price. If the property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be due from the Tenant and/or be deducted from the deposit. If the property is not-rented at all, then the balance will be due from the Tenant. Tenant agrees that all deposit monies shall be held by the Owner.
