Lodging Tax: N/A Other Fees: If you leave the house as you find it, there isn't any charge; however, as we allow our summer guests to check in earlier, rather than later in the PM, we do expect each tenant (and the members of their party) to leave the place clean, neat/tidy (vacuumed) - OR there is a charge. Oven,stove, frig, bathrooms, floors, there will be a cleaning charge if these are not in check in condition. Or you can pre-pay for a cleaner. Cleaning supplies are supplied; (does NOT include t-paper, p-towels, dishwasher or by hand detergent.) Deposits: Lease Agreement signed before Memorial Weekend: 50-percent of rent due with signed lease; balance of rent due prior to 28 May; and security deposit due one month prior to rental period.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All requests by the Tenant to cancel lease must be made in writing to the Owner and are subject to the property re-renting or acceptance by the Owner. All deposit money will be retained until the property is re-rented at full price. If the property is not re-rented for full price, the difference will be due from the Tenant and/or be deducted from the deposit.
