PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

PERFECT LOCATION, SWIMMING POOL, 1.5 blocks to ocean/boardwalk. FOUR complimentary beach tags to use! Our unit was just renovated. We have a new: kitchen, 2 LCD TV's, window treatments, crown molding, air conditioning and new paint and Pergo flooring throughout entire place.

This location truly can't get any better for the entire family! Our street (Plymouth Place) is between 7th and 8th streets....centrally located in the middle of everything! Within 1.5 blocks of our place is the: ocean, boardwalk, amusements, and water park: and 2-3 blocks away is the: music pier, food court and the famous downtown Asbury shopping district loaded with clothing stores, restaurants, bakeries, toy stores, fishing stores, etc.

The rooms are bright and airy with 9 ft. ceilings. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2nd floor end-unit condo overlooks pool with large balcony. Our balcony has a table and chairs for outside dining and a lounge chair for relaxing. Our in-ground pool is conveniently located on the first floor. The pool patio has several lounge chairs surrounding the pool for your use and tables/chairs for dining**.

One assigned parking space is provided in our covered parking garage with elevator. If you enjoy bike riding, you are welcome to bring your bikes. There is a bike rack located in our parking garage.

KITCHEN (Brand-new): Dishwasher, large microwave/convection oven, quartz countertops, two burner cook-top, apartment size refrigerator with freezer, breakfast bar with stools, table with chairs, large sink, toaster, coffee maker, etc. All utensils, cookware, glasses, tupperware, etc. supplied.

MASTER BEDROOM (spacious): Queen Bed, TV, Big Bureau with Mirror, nice closet space. Bedroom is large enough to fit an infant crib.

LIVING ROOM, Queen sofa sleeper (comfortable), Brand-new LCD TV with DVD/VCR (various tapes left for kid's use). Brand-new air conditioner.

SECOND BEDROOM, Bunk Beds - twin bed over full bed, brand-new LCD Flat Screen TV.

BATHROOM - Clean, spacious with full bath (equipped with handicap bars in shower area).

UNIT is professionally cleaned each Saturday before your stay!

POOL HOURS**
Memorial Day thru June 18th - Saturdays and Sundays only (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
June 19th thru Labor day - open every day (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

NEW- Internet is available for $25.00/per week thru a local service.
