Private beach and lake resort: - 1.3 miles from Bella Casa Beach front lake swimming with guard, volley ball, boating and fishing; rental pedal/row boats; Heated adult and baby pool w/guard, playground; Club House w/large deck overlooking lake and beach; snack bar, lockers, cocktail lounge, restaurant and game room; Planned holiday events for adults and children, covered picnic area; Ample parking Marina: tennis courts, basketball courts and boat dock (no gasoline motors). 4 to 5 miles to Lake Harmony, SplitRock resort and Galleria with indoor water park and bowling alley, Big Boulder Ski area and Hickory Run State Park; 8 miles to Jack Frost Ski area. 13 miles from Exit 74 PA Turnpike Route 476. 4 miles to White Water Rafting and Skirmish. 15 miles to Jim Thorpe. First floor: Two bedrooms: master bedroom w/ queen bed & TV/VHS; Second bedroom-twin beds; full bath; Main room: Queen sleeper-sofa, TV w/VHS/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, two large sliding doors and high windows provide panoramic view of outdoors; Hall laundry area; Second floor: loft w/queen sleeper sofa; TV w/ VHS and DVD players; scenic view of outside through spacious glass windows on front of chalet; Bedroom with twin beds; full bath The Towamensing Trails Property Owners Association (TTPOA) oversees the maintenance and security of the development. The TTPOA will be notified of your visit. The administration office is located in a teepee-shaped building just inside the route 903 entrance. New 2009 office hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm. The office is closed on Sunday. Owner will pick up Renter's temporary trash and parking permit and Renter's badges from the office and mail them to the Renter, along with the keys, two weeks prior to vacation dates. Badges must be worn at all recreational areas. Renters will receive an information packet from the owner containing area maps, Rules of Conduct and more house specifics.
