Come enjoy what others have this season in our homey beach house. New EP Henry Front Patio/Porch. Located in the heart of North Wildwood, on a nice quiet residential street.
Our Living room has Sleeper Sofa, Love Seat, Leather Lazy Boy Rocker/Recliners, original hardwood floors.
We have a full size Dining Room Table that comfortably seats six, with a Cottage Style China Cabinet to enjoy wonderful summer family dinners overlooking this quiet street, and large patio/porch. Overall dining seating for 10 friends & family!!!!
On our front deck is two wicker chairs for enjoying the sights and sounds of the seashore outside.
The Master Bedroom has Full Size//Double Beds, Mounted TV. Bedroom #2 has Full/Double Size Bed, along with plenty of Drawers and Closet space. Just off that bedroom is separate entrance to the Top Sun Deck overlooking the pool and partial Ocean Views!

The Hall Bathroom has a full size Tub/Shower combination along with a Double Sinks Vanity, with Ceramic Tile Floors. Lots of Bubble Baths for the kiddies will happen in that tub!

Property has Assigned Parking for Car. If additional parking is requested, we have a North Wildwood Parking Pass available for $50.00 per week.

    Other Fees: Cleaning Fee - We provide a professional cleaning service prior to each family's stay at our beach house. However, you must leave the condominium in the same neat appearance that it was presented. Our cleaning crew will do the floors, dusting and bathrooms. However, any additional cleaning, breakage, over and above the normal will be charged back to the tenants. These fees will be advised immediately in writing and taken from your 'Cleaning/Damages Security' deposit.
    PET FEE - $100.00 Per Pet / We allow small non shed dogs, no cats sorry. Maximum number of pets is (2). Please do not walk dogs common area or next door neighbors, dispose of pet waste on corner City Trash Cans. DO NOT PUT PET WASTE IN OUR TRASH CANS. If more than (2) pets are present at check in, we will receive a FINE from our Home Owners Assocation due to our own Rules & Regulations regarding pets.

    Security Deposit refunded 45 days after departure.


    Cancellation/Refund Policy:

    Cancellation of your already confirmed and under deposit week(s) carries 50-percent Cancel fee of Security Deposit on file. Given able time, if we are able to re-rent the week that you have cancelled (due to family emergencies, work schedule changes, etc.) you will be given a full refund less a 200.00 cancellation fee. The sooner you advise us of your change of plans the sooner we can re-book your canceled 'week'!
