4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, huge master bath with double sinks. 1 Bedroom is located on main living area of home (good for inlaws), 1/2 Bath directly across from the bedroom on this floor.

Extra large PRIVATE garage that holds 3 cars plus a private driveway that holds a 4th car!

Televisions (upgraded cable!) are throughout as well as ceiling fans. Video's and games available for everyone!

No smoking and no pets are allowed. No groups, adults and families only.

    Other Fees: Personal Checks accepted for deposits only. Final payment must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order unless received 20 days prior to check in.

    $75.00 cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit if unit is left in less than satisfactory condition or if trash is not taken out or removed/recycled properly. We expect that unit is left in a neat condition upon departure.

     
    Deposits:

    Deposit of one-half rental due within 10 days of booking. Final deposit of remaining one-half and security deposit due 30 days before check in. Personal Checks, money orders or cashiers checks accepted for deposits. Final payment must clear 10 days before check-in.


    Cancellation/Refund Policy:

    Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposit and Rental Fee's are non-refundable once a Lease Agreement has been signed. However, if a there is a need to cancel for any reason, and the original week is able to be 're-rented' for the same price, all of the monies previously paid (deposit, rental fee, etc) will be fully refunded less a $100.00 cancellation penalty. If we rent the same week for a lower rental fee, you will be refunded the lesser fee minus the $100.00 cancellation penalty. Please note that the earlier you advise us of your need to cancel, the better chances of us re-renting your week!

    We rent to families and adults only. No senior weeks, proms or spring breakers, no groups. Must be 25 or older to rent. Proof of ages of renters will be required for rental agreement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

    THIS IS A LUXURY TOWNHOUSE. WE RENT TO ADULTS/FAMILIES ONLY, NO GROUPS, NO PROMS, NO SPRING BREAKERS, NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT. PROOF OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR RENTAL CONTRACT.

    Security Deposit is $350.00. Refundable within 10 days of check out provided house is left with no damage and left in condition as found. In addition, all trash must be properly disposed of.
