Each unit has four bedrooms and one bath, sleeps 10 first floor and 8 second floor. There is an enclosed, spacious outside shower, separate storage units for sand chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc.

Living rooms on each floor have couches, loveseats and chairs. The first floor has an additional loveseat in an alcove off the living room, which opens into a twin sleeper and another loveseat in the end bedroom that also opens into a twin sleeper. The 2nd floor living room has great ocean views from the living room, 2 of the 4 bedrooms, kitchen and deck. The kitchens on each floor have seating for 8. Additional outdoor eating areas feature a glass top table with 8 chairs. Each floor also has separate storage unit(s) and separate gas grills.

Located just one houses from the ocean and one block from the center of Ship Bottom, Captain John's Mr. Breakfast, Ship Bottom Shellfish, Joe Popp's, Bageleddis, The Pancake House, Porthole Cafe, The Sand Trap, Bisque, The Haymarket, are within a block or two. Our block has a handicapped ramp to the beach.
