The owners of the Ocean Haven Condominium Complex take pride in its family atmosphere. To validate home address, a copy of driver's license is required with completed Rental Application. The license must be the same person who has assumed responsibility by signing the Rental Agreement. NOTE: Rental rates are subject to change without notice. Deposits: Deposits: To reserve your week(s) for the 2010 Season, a minimum of $300.00 Deposit is due immediately at time of Booking. The $300.00-$500.00 deposit will be applied towards your Security Deposit and will be returned after inspection of the property and within 10 days of home inspection. 50-percent of Rental Fee due 90 days Prior to arrival. Final 50-percent of Rental Fee due 60 Days Prior to arrival. Holiday and September and October Specialty Weekends have a Security Deposit of $500. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposit and Rental Fees are non-refundable once a Lease Agreement has been signed. However, cancellations will be permitted if we are notified in writing 60 days prior to rental date and provided the original week is able to be 're-rented' at the same rate; all of the monies previously paid (deposit, rental fee, etc.) will be fully refunded less a $100.00 cancellation penalty. If we rent the same week for a lower rental fee, you will be refunded the lesser rate minus the $100.00 cancellation penalty. Please note that the earlier you advise us of your need to cancel, the better the chances are of us re-renting your week!
