Why stay in a noisy, cramped hotel when you and your family can relax by your own Tiki Bar in the Great Room of this beautiful, three-year old 1700 sq. ft. home just 2 short blocks from the huge, free beach, Morey's Pier and New Convention Center. Our pictures don't do this stunning condo justice. It's quiet and private with just 1 other condo on the floor below. No sharing decks or fighting over parking spaces. The garage holds 3 cars with an additional spot in the driveway. Each one of the four spacious bedrooms has it's own tv/dvd/vcr, huge closets, ceiling fan and top of the line mattress for ultimate comfort. Double sliding glass doors lead out to the 28 ft. private deck where you can breathe in the ocean air as you drink your morning coffee, or have an afternoon lunch.The custom fully loaded kitchen has everything you need to make your stay complete. A blender, for making frozen drinks and smoothies, gas stove, and microwave for popping popcorn to enjoy with the movies you'll watch on the 32 inch color tv over the marble fireplace. Enjoy one of our movies or an NFL Films Football special. There is also a laundry with full size washer and dryer, a private indoor entrance and stairway and private shower out back. We're within walking distance of some really terrific restaurants ( we have a basket with menus, coupons and local papers) and Macks Pizza ( the best on the island) is right up on the boardwalk- and they deliver! In the morning after riding bikes or renting a Surrey with the family, who can resist the chocolate chip pancakes at Uncle Bill's Pancake house-just 2 short blocks away! Watch the Friday night fireworks with the kids on the deck while sipping your favorite beverage- no need to go out! Also, the Convention Center has family movie night on the beach-bring a picnic dinner and watch a first run movie while snuggled up on blankets and beach chairs. Better than the drive-in!
