PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Feel the ocean breeze and enjoy a relaxing holiday in our three-bedroom, two-bath, first-floor condominium located on one of the best streets in Ocean City's quiet North End (Pennlyn Place). Less than 10 years old, but built in a classic shore style, you can relax on the front porch shaded by awnings and side curtains, or take the short walk (just 500 feet from your front door) to a great lifeguard protected beach. Leave the car in the garage and walk to the beach, boardwalk, or wonderful neighborhood restaurants.

The North End of Ocean City is a family area with short, quiet, tree-lined streets leading to the beach and the boardwalk. Start your day with an early morning bike ride on Ocean City's famous three-mile-long boardwalk, or if you want more 'action,' the commercial area of the boardwalk with amusement parks, arcades, a water park, and lots of shops and eating spots is just a few short blocks to the south. You can shop, play, eat, or just relax and never leave the area! Want more adult action? The casinos and shows of Atlantic City are just 12 miles to the north.

Location / Nearby Amusements
This unit is on the beach block on Pennlyn Place, just 500 feet away from the boardwalk and a short walk to the commercial part of the boardwalk. If you have never rented in the North End of Ocean City, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Amenities
Living room w/ gas fireplace, 37 Inch LCD TV, DVD, VCR, Video Library and a CD music system. There is a large front porch with porch furniture and awnings and side curtains (new 2009). We have an extremely well equipped kitchen with every convenience. You will find a very complete selection of pots and pans, utensils, pot holders, cutting boards, knives, all kinds of glasses, a microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, disposal, coffee pot, electric can opener and George Foreman Grill. Beach and Baby items. Central Air was redone in 2009.

Linens
Linens are not provided, so you will need to bring sheets and bath, beach and kitchen towels. Pillows, blankets, and bed comforters are provided.

Parking
There are a total of 3 off street parking spaces - two cars fit in the garage, plus a third on the pad in front of the garage. Park your cars and walk to everything.

    Cancellation/Refund Policy:

    Cancellation requests will be honored if the owner is able to re-rent the property for the reserved dates for the same rental amount. If the property cannot be re-rented as stated above, the tenant's deposit may not be returned, subject to the discretion of the owner. All cancellation requests must be made in writing using certified mail.
