Deposits:
To reserve, payment must be received on 50-percent of the weekly rental fee via certified check, bank check or money order. Upon receipt of your initial payment, the dates will be reserved for you and we will provide the contract. In two weeks following your initial payment, the remaining 50-percent must be received along with $200.00 Security deposit. If payment as said is not received, your reservation will be automatically canceled. To reserve again, there must be a new contract written. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refunds will be given only with sufficient notice and the re-rental of the property
